Fees & Payment

 

 

I accept private pay only and do not deal directly with insurance companies.  However, the services may be reimbursable for out-of-network benefits. After you receive your monthly invoice and submit your full payment, a statement will be provided with all pertinent information for submission to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

 

Payments can be submitted weekly (due at the time of each session) or monthly (within two weeks after receipt of your invoice at the end of each month) via cash, check (payable to 'Meltem Paker'), Venmo (@Meltem-Paker), PayPal (to meltemp@gmail.com; select 'Friends & Family' to avoid a fee) or credit card. There is a 3% fee for credit card payments. If you plan to pay with credit card, you need to let me know, so I can add the fee and enable the online payment option on the client portal.

 

If you miss or cancel a session with less then 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the full amount of that session. If you arrive late for a session, you will be seen for the remainder of the session, but you will be charged the full fee.
